Debris that can Damage Windows.
Dependable Window Cleaning will Not be held Liable for Pre-Existing Damage directly flowing
from Condition of Surfaces, Quality of Materials or Actions of others.
Rain
Many times Rain clears up and the only weather related concern is 20mph Wind as our
method leaves zero residue for rain to move and create spots.
Rainwater is naturally distilled and drys clean.
Oxidization and Efflorescence are exceptions that Only cause issue with Heavy rain into
Malfunctioning Gutters without any Overhang.
Once the Glass completely dries, If results do not meet expectations, we will return, resolve
discrepancies and re-clean as needed at No additional charge.

Stain or Etch is typically Mineral or Chemical deposits left on glass from Pressure Washing,
Masonry or Sprinklers that the Sun Etched into glass, in as little as 3 months.
